Our reporting commitment
Yinwa Network manages editorially curated websites where most materials are sourced and organized by site editors, and some are submitted by members. We respect intellectual property rights, privacy and individual consent. Material appearing elsewhere on the internet is not automatically licensed for reposting. Rights holders and affected individuals may submit complaints about any of our platforms.

We review credible reports promptly and take appropriate action where warranted, including removal or restriction of access. We do not promise a fixed response or removal time for every report.
How to submit a copyright report
To help us assess a claim, include the following where reasonably available:
- Your name and contact email, and whether you own the rights or are an authorized representative.
- A description of the copyrighted work, or a link to an authorized original source.
- The exact URL(s) on Xiaolu, Jioya or Mofamao where the reported material appears.
- A brief explanation of why the use is not authorized or otherwise permitted by law.
- Any additional information that helps confirm the rights involved. Do not send passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive details unless specifically requested via a secure process.
If applicable law requires particular notice formalities, please include the required declarations. We may request clarification or supporting information if needed.
Privacy, safety and unlawful-content reports
Use the same address to report non-consensual intimate images, depiction or exploitation of minors, impersonation, doxxing, unlawful content or other material that may violate individual rights. Please include the exact URL and a description of the concern. We may prioritize high-risk safety reports.
Do not attach or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material when filing a complaint. Provide the webpage URL and relevant details instead, and contact appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authorities if immediate safety is at risk.
What happens after a report
We assess available information, may seek clarification, may temporarily restrict content while reviewing, and may remove or restrict material or take account-related measures as appropriate. Where required by law, we may provide a process for affected uploaders to respond. Filing a report does not guarantee a particular outcome. We do not claim that the existence of this reporting process provides an automatic copyright safe harbor.
